FiveM update - April 15th, 2017

We have released an update to the production channel. This one doesn’t do much.

Summarized changelog

• support strHandlingFlags entry 0x2000000
• this was added in the mpbiker update, and apparently disables traction control for bikes.
• default vehicles using it include the hakuchou2 and sanctus.
• add SET_MODEL_HEADLIGHT_CONFIGURATION native
• see SetModelHeadlightConfiguration on the wiki
• this also fixes the tropos’ headlights by default
• natives.lua updates that allow passing strings in some cases where you’d need to pass a model hash (wherever NativeDB data contained Hash as argument)

I just got FiveM and when i downloaded it, it said that it would recommend downloading the windows 10 Creators update. I clicked okay to continue but it crashes a little later on. I don’t get to see the menu before crashing. Is there a way to fix or should i just download the windows update?
