**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**Yup

Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstalling FiveM, Running steam in admin mode, running FiveM in compability mode, Closing most tabs, putting FiveM on high priority, verifying game files in steam and internet change.(I dont have a bad net 115down and 11up)

Have you tried reinstalling GTA V and FiveM?

Welp I reinstalled windows so I might as well install them both to see
