Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
The problem is that FiveM asks to login to Social club, which i do, then it just shuts down, no error, nothing,
Also add what you already tried so far.
Re-installed FiveM, Re-Installed GtaV, added GtaV to steam library
