Also add what you already tried so far.

Steam authentication failed: Failed to connect to api.steampowered.com port 443: Timed out all the players that connecting to my server gets that error, what could it be?

Seems like this is steam issue, the steam api being unreachable by those players.

Can they do something to solve it?

FiveM can’t do anything about that, only steam can.
It should resolve it self I guess.

Syntasu it says obtaining steam, and then after a min it gets stock on downloading ticket and it gets stuck there for all players like it dosent happen on other servers, i dont really get it

Try to disable steam authentication, and if the support template is not relevant to you, then you can just remove it since the issue has something to do with the server.

Everything is cool now, actually perfekt but it dosent show up ofc on the servers list
