Fivem server won't start (cmd)

So im making a server for my friend using teamviewer but when i start the server starter(bat file) it says this

please help me ;(

where did your libuv.dll go? :\

I draqgged and dropped all files for fivem from my pc to his now it works ty for the help

Oh i fixad The problem just dragged and dropped files from my PC to his he had some kind of blocker that blocked files
