Fivem not connecting to couchdb

my fivem server couchdb info is gone and my server wont connect to it how do i fix this, all i had in the couchdb is essentialmode and yesterday my mods worked now essentialmode is gone and mods no longer working

Have you tried to re-install CouchDB and/or essentialmode?

Have u put it up correctly so it should connect? like 127.0.0.1 etc. all that is CORRRECT?
