FiveM needs to update the game cache error

I am having the same problem for two separate computers with two separate GTA accounts.

I solved this issue. Check my post its up there. If you still having this error check your “Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks” folder.
you can compare with my dlc folder and check for missing folder.

I have the same DLC folders but it still doesnt work

I renamed the folder that FiveM is in and redownloaded FiveM into a new folder and it seems to work now.

What I ended up doing was delete my old folder containing FiveM.exe and the FiveM application folder. I then downloaded FiveM again, made a new folder on my desktop and moved the new FiveM.exe to that folder. Then I ran the new FiveM.exe and it rechecked all the files and updated. I did that on two separate computers and it seems to have worked.

You run the Rockstar launcher, sign in with your Social Club account owning a legitimate copy of GTA V, and let it update to 1.0.1103.
