So I played for about six hours yesterday. Went to launch the application today, it asked for an update, upon launch I got the error. Deleted everything, reinstalled, same error. I don`t know what to do.

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? I deleted all the files and downloaded the app again. Still getting the same error.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes. It has nothing to do with it.
All of the above as well as deleting all files twice and reinstalling them in different folders.
