What did you do to get this issue? = My girlfriend did not have a copy of GTA so she used my steam account to play GTA RP on her pc. I bought her a copy of the game and then tried to get in myself, on my PC. When I tried logging into the game I did so as her character, so I made a new Social Club account and linked it to her steam since she was using mine. I tried again(logged into her steam and the new social club account) and the same happened.

So to clear it out: my girlfriend used my steam and social club account to play GTA RP. I created a new social club and used her steam account to try and not log in as her character but it didn’t work. Then I tried linking her steam to my FiveM client to see if I got a different ID but got no results. I just wanted to find a way to play with my own ID on my computer. Thanks for reading.

Delete the folder %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements and start FiveM again. This will prompt FiveM to re-identify your GTA either through your currently logged in Steam account or Social Club if you don’t own the game on Steam or if it’s not open.
