Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried reinstalling FiveM and Grand Theft Auto V. But nothing has seemed to work. I have also searched for this error. It started after I deleted my cache files. Then reinstalled FiveM files. I also searched for the Social Club.exe version and installed that manually to my GTA V and did not work. I loaded into both GTA V Single Player and Online but the installation still fails.
