Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried to go on steam and verify the files did it twice did not work
I tried to delete fivem and install it again nothing.

I also uninstalled fivem and gta 5 and installed them again still not working I do not know what’s wrong.

Uninstall whatever application ‘igvk64.dll’ might be from.

I just ended up factory resetting my pc and it worked
