Hi HOLYLIGHT,
My best suggestion would to redownload FiveM and see if that works, if not check your original GTA V folder to check all the files and folders are there.
Also if you do have mods in GTA V and none of the above works then i would uninstall those mods to see if it works.

I got same error since newest update, fresh installation without any mods/scripts did not helped.
