Filepath to FiveM folder Desktop>FiveM>FiveM Application Data. (I geuss thats what you mean)

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. I have reinstalled GTA V twice and FiveM Three times. Also, I have no problems with FiveM until yesterday

Try disabling NVidia Shadowplay.

Worked like a charm thank you Syntasu. I suppose the issues started occurring after I updated my drivers aswell.
