Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications i7 4770k, GTX 760 Oc, 8gb ram
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

Reinstall GTA V
Reinstall FiveM
Restart Pc many times
Tried compatibility modes

Have you atleast run GTA 5 normally once?

Yes, i have and reinstalled too.

Since you are trying to use nvidia video share, put DisableNVSP=0 into the citizenfx.ini found in %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM Application Data (if you haven’t done a portable install)

However if FiveM crashes while using NVSP then you know what is causing it to crash, and now you know what is causing you to not be able to launch FiveM.

I already readed in another topic about it and that NVSP doesnt help
