FiveM keeps giving me error that dlcs are missing . I did 3 game verify and no files are missing or need repair . Deleted fivems cache and I still get error . HELP ?

me too im having the same issue
Load up GTA5 NOT FIVEM and launch the single player (story mode) it will update the game but you need to confirm you can load in to story mode in normal GTA first.
if you have steam version, right click properties on your GTA install and go to local files- click verify integrity of game files. also if you use OpenIV its worth launching that and updating it as there is a new update.
Then clear your game cache for FiveM and play!
