FiveM Crashing when i load the game

GTA V version? The newest update, i opened GTAV to verify it today.
Up to date? Yes, I loaded fivem today and it updated my cache.
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit.
Steam/CD/Social Club? CD.
Windows version? Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes.
Error screenshot (if any) There isnt even an error anymore

What did you do to get this issue? I just opened my FiveM and it crashes sometimes it gives me an error sometimes it dosnt. (Now it dosnt give me one at all)
What server did you get this issue on? Loading FiveM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Ive done everything, ive even reinstalled my fivem completely but this is all happening right after the fivem mpassult being added and it making me update my cache

remove your mods, verify your game files… and try again.

I deleted my mods folder in my gtav dir and i removed all my plugins in fivem then i verified my gtav, my fivem still wont open, and i get this error now with my script hook

@Painwithin a minute after i closed that i got this I removed scripthook and now if dosnt give me an error again.
