1080 TI What did you do to get this issue? Majority of the time it is when I start the game and try to put it in fullscreen (Alt + Enter). Sometimes the game crashes when I don’t do it but majority of the time it does crash. What server did you get this issue on? The error I was getting was DXGI ERROR DEVICE REMOVED majority of the time.
The other few times it was different names.
As for the DXGI error, try disabling all software that adds an overlay (nVida shadowplay, ts3, overwolf etc.).
Second error seems related to the server you are joining. The script they are using is causing an error.

You should contact the server owner to resolve this issue, giving the error message above should be enough for the server admin to resolve the issue.
