System specifications i7- 2600k 3.40GHz GTX 770 2GB and 8 GB of ram
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, but it worked fine before factory resetting my PC and reinstalling windows.
What server did you get this issue on? Every server i try it with, but some i crash before even connecting to it.

.dmp files/report IDs all .dmp files are 0 bytes. dont have an report id because it just crashes without an error meaning no report id.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.
Also add what you already tried so far. Deleting cache.xml, reinstalling FiveM, reinstalling GTA V, Turning off, deleting my antivirus and disabling windows defender.
