Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

I re-installed FiveM and reboot my PC.

Interesting… you installed sirens and “removed it” but it still doesn’t work. Did it work before? If so, then you’ve narrowed down your issue. You likely messed something up.

Also you just deleted the section requesting dumps and client logs. It had to of pushed an error to the client log. If not. Saying it doesn’t work without providing details of what actually happens to cause the issue is like bringing your car to a mechanic and just telling them to fix without telling them or showing them what’s wrong…

Why are there mods in your gta folder? clean it out, verify your game files and try again.
