FiveM crashes continously with the same error

I wonder why my FiveM client suddenly crashes and this little window pops up where it says the following:

CfxCollection::ReadBulk of streaming file compcache:/LSL/s_m_y_swat_01.ytd failed to read 524288 bytes (got0)

Is there any way to fix this, really need your help. Thanks

Not a bug. Broken ped mod.

Would I need to reinstall the client or what ?

appears to be a server side issue.
