try to verify GTA V files :
For the standalone, Rockstar Warehouse version:
Hit “Start”, “Run”, and type “cmd” without the quotes. Hit enter.
Type “cd c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V” without the quotes in the cmd window that pops up. Hit enter.
Note: If you’ve installed the game to a different directory, enter that directory instead.
Type “GTAVLauncher.exe -verify” in this window (no quotes again) and hit enter.

also try decreasing the Graphical settings to minimal and see if it will appear again. Also try to join on different servers and see if it happens

i have Steam version but i try to brake it down, this cames from official Rockstar Page.

it says " go to the place where you installed GTA V, find GTA V Launcher, press right click on it, then in " Target " write -verify and hit enter "
