GTX 960 (2gb)
What did you do to get this issue? Reinstalled all c++ versions (as i’ve read it worked for someone on forum), deleted caches.xml and tried again. Reinstalled gta5 and restarted install of fivem at least 10 times. tried updating every single driver on PC and windows aswell

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i use windows defender, and yes… i have diabled it.

Solved it in the following way:
Restart PC in SAFE MODE (With network).
Restart a fresh install of FiveM.
