Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes, many times.
Error screenshot (if any): No, just freezes
System specifications GTX 970, i7 processor, 24GB RAM
What did you do to get this issue? This happens after about 10 minutes of playtime.
What server did you get this issue on? All the ones i’ve been on
CitizenFX.log file: I dont know how to send it.
.dmp files/report IDs: I dont know how to send it.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
