No, that is not the entire support template. Please try again.

Try manually disabling Nvidia ShadowPlay and see if this fixes your issue.

(for 20 char limit)

You don’t have a clean install of GTAV. Try uninstalling GTAV, removing all remaining files/folders, then reinstalling.

Will give it a go! I hope this works, ill get in touch tomorrow as it will take a long time to download

Try going to Steam --> Right click on Grand Theft Auto V --> Properties --> Local Files --> Verify Integrity. See if that works.

Try doing this
FiveM Application Data > and Delete the Cache folder
Then open FiveM
