Which antivirus do you use?
I do not currently have an antivirus installed, just reset my computer.
I installed it, not working though
is there any way we can fix this faster, I have been waiting for 3 days for this game to work, and I am getting kind of annoyed
There’s serveral mods in your GTA V. You need a clean GTA V in order to play FiveReborn.
The only “Mods” in are from OpenIV, though I took them out. Otherwise, it is a clean install
and by that I means the ASI loader
but the Mods folder is empty - I deleted it anyways

Maybe you have to wait longer, when my fivereborn is starting up it is 3 minutes of black screen.
