Five M do not start lima_march-diet cause FiveM to stop working

GTA V version is v1.0.1290.1, Up to date, Legit, DVD copy using Social Club
Windows 7 pro
I did try to delete caches.xml and try again, same result

I did try to disable/uninstall Anti-virus
have deleted cachesa nd it repeates to collect game datas, downloads sth then proceeds to same error as shown above and jsut in case copied in text format:

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? YES AND that seemed to do the trick, its the solution!

i got in BUt cant load servers, everything either gets failed to connect after downloading their things or gives following error and crash:
