I have added an eclusion in Avast AV
I have added Both GTA V and FiveM to Windows Firewall

same thing happened to me. no solution too

NOOOOOOOOO!!! lol and i wanted to play :frowning:
Oh well.

Uninstall whatever program is ‘HMIPCore64.dll’.

https://www.google.com/search?q="hmipcore64.dll"&hl=en

It even turns out a lot of crash reports about it are for GTA V.

highly doubt it’s the ‘same thing’, as there’s literally only one crash caused by this program in our entire database; also you’ve never posted a crash ID?

Might be an idea to start your own thread about your problem Willydmm

Thanks thulium  i just uninstalled GTA V as i got your message lol but i will look for the program and do as you say if its still not working.

And Thanks hellium too  sorry i missed your name.

Got it working  Thanks for the help

The File mentioned above seems to be tied to Hide My IP , Even with the program switched off it must interact with the internet some who :frowning: . So i uninstalled Hide My IP and it worked first time.

Now off to play Cops and Robbers. Of course that only hypothetically, I’d never rob anyone
