F1 don't work impossible to take a car

Hello I have install your launcher then launch a server but it is 3h that I seek a solution to this problem I can not use my F1 button annoying to drift because it is the key to take a car?
I later uninstall the launcher and I reinstall it did not work I removed my controller delivered etc.
I put a “handling.meta” file in C: \ Users \ yohan \ AppData \ Local \ FiveM \ FiveM.app \ citizen \ common \ data
no result…

GTA V version? ------------------ 1.44
Up to date? ------------------ Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? ------------------ Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? ------------------ Social Club
Windows version? ------------------ Win 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? ------------------ Yes
What did you do to get this issue? ----------------------- I install unistall 3 times and i have the same problem
What server did you get this issue on? -----------------------Velocity Drift Serveur
Filepath to FiveM folder -------------------- C:\Users\yohan\AppData\Local\FiveM
