[esx_identity] Script Request

Hello Guys!

I’m making this post because I am a little tired of seeing the default esx_identity menu and I have seen the CivLifeRP but I can’t really seem to get it to work (Database problems). Can someone please make a good looking one thats ESX like the Civ Life RP menu and link it or pm me it.
