Error with unemployed

Could someone help me with this error? For some reason is unemployed not working. Here is what is says when I start the server:
es_extended: invalid job “unemployed” from table job_grades ignored!
SCRIPT ERROR: @esx_society/server/main.lua:26: attempt to index a nil value (field ‘?’)
