Error when somebody new try's to join

If somebody new that doesn’t have a character connects to my server is just gives this error:

We tried it with a few people but they all had the problem. And when they got in the server they didn’t have the option to customize their character. Does anybody know what the error means or what i did wrong? I would appreciate it if somebody could tell me.

So i just tried to joining again and now i am getting these errors.

You’ve not setup essentialmode correctly. Ask this question in that original forum topic. Your question is too specific
