Unfortunately you’ll need to reinstall GTA5. You need a clean install, so you’ll need to delete your GTA5 and FiveM (usually %localappdata%/FiveM/) directories.
Uninstall GTA5
Uninstall/delete FiveM
Install and redownload GTA5 completely (sorry lol)
Install FiveM again
If you’re still getting errors after following those steps you’ll need to upload CitizenFX.log for further help.
