Emotes /emote

Hey, I was looking for a basic /emote command. I don’t want a menu to pop, (not this one [Release] [C#] Emotes Keyboard) or anything just wanna be able to open chat and do for example /emote smoke /emote cop /emote medic ETC. Seen this in a doj video and was wondering if there was a public one! Thanks for the help in advance http://prntscr.com/gbilhb
