Yes, unless they too have it then they can see it.
is there no way to load the dlc.rpf inside of the fivem folder instead of replacing it in your GTA. ’
It also works if you just drop it in your installation folder. We made this pack mandatory on our server and our members just drop it in the GTA V folder without any issues.

really rite into the Grand theft auto V directory not into any folders and it just works? thats nice cause its easy to remove
