What did you do to get this issue? I just played as i usually do. I then restarted my pc, then it stopped working
What server did you get this issue on? I cant even open the game

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? no
Also add what you already tried so far.
need help. I tried to:
Restart pc
Restart steam
Play it without steam
Play it with steam.
Delete cache…
Open it while gta V was open
