I’ve verified multiple times and also switched harddrives to see if that had anything to do. Uninstalled, installed both GTA v and FiveM. Same error 
Anyone else found another way to fix the issue besides verifying files?

yeah it looks like fivem download servers are down currently as i cannot download it fresh tonight
