Downloaded the FiveM client- error message when running the first time (neptune-seventeen-arizona)

So when i try to run the exe, i get the following error message. Can someone help me troubleshoot?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-viru Yes


Move FiveM (2) outside of your Grand Theft Auto V folder, also remove the FiveM.app and FiveM folders outside of your Grand Theft Auto V folder.

FiveM folders have been moved outside of the GTA V folder

But when I run it i still get the same error code

You can’t use Windows 7 anymore. Just realized this while taking a look at your screenshots.

just upgrade to windows 10, your key will work with it… your worse case is to re-install windows 10 and then use your windows 7 key, its what i do all the time at my store to upgrade people to 10.
