What exactly is the problem, does it not load all your menus or is it not loading your servers mods.

If its not loading menus then it is probably that you have too many files or plugins in the plugins folder as i have had that,

if it is to do with your server then are you sure you have put the names of the mods in the cfg file and that they all have the correct files
