Donations on FiveM servers

Hello,

_I’ve recently came across the FiveM TOS which states the following:

I’m just curious if the following example would violate what is stated:

If a server has an idea which they “sell” in-game currency on their website that is eventually given to the players who purchase it is that violating their TOS?

If a server has an idea which they sell a certain “VIP” rank which includes in-game currency and access to certain features regular members/players do not get, is that violating their TOS?

Keep in mind, all donations would be used to go towards the FiveM server costs/Teamspeak costs. However, I’ve recently heard of a server getting shut down for supposedly violating these TOS. I’m just curious how FiveM found out the server wasn’t using it for their server costs? It seems a bit strange so if anyone could elaborate or explain the TOS donation policies better that’ll be great. _

You’re allowed to give in-game items/perks for people who donate, but you are not allowed to accept donations outside of immediate costs, like, covering for the whole year.
