What did you do to get this issue?
I put FiveM into the GTA V folder; I pressed F8 and typed “connect and server IP”; I first opened GTA V and after logging into the social club I opened FiveM, shortly after I closed GTA V

I could not log into any server

do not run FiveM from within your GTA5 directory.

What videocard do you have?

My videocard is a GeForce 9500 GT

that is your issue then, your videocard is older and FiveM sense recently is having issues with older videocards, so you got to either wait or its time to upgrade that 10 year old card.

Windows 7 is unstable too, so you are combining an unsupported gpu with an unsupported os, what dif you expect to happen
