Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? no

Also add what you already tried so far. tried to update my DirectX and my drivers , reinstalling my fivem ( also my gta 5 pubg emergnyc are not working )

try using a program called DDU and remove all the old drivers and install your drivers again.

i fixed the problems by buying a new and better card , thanks for the help anyway
