Custom ped problems and server not showing

**Windows version?**windows-10 but running fx server on a later version of windows
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? i cant find this file

**What did you do to get this issue?**i was trying to install custom peds and it wont stream to the game
**What server did you get this issue on?**my fx server

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
i have another issue aswell where my fx server dosent show up on fivem list and ive looked at all the tutorials and they do not work

Please check the following if you’re not seeing your server appear in the serverlist:

1. Make sure your server is running
2. Go to canyouseeme.org
3. Fill in your port (default: 30120)
4. Check your port

Could it see the service?
Then make sure your server is allowed through your firewall.

Could it NOT see your service?
Then your ports aren’t properly forwarded.

how would i see it through my firewall?

because on my server box i allowed the port on there to port foward
