System specifications More than enough Power , GPU Radeon RX 560. CPU : Quad Core Asus board, not sure of specs but know its a decent board.
What did you do to get this issue? I simply re-installed fivem due to some connection issues, I then proceeded to reinstall it and got this error.
What server did you get this issue on?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Also add what you already tried so far. Re-installling fivem , Using un-installing software.
