Crashes every 5 minutes ""Helium Potato''' Crash!

Hello im getting a really annoying crash which doesnt even allow me to play for more than 5 minutes!
it was called something like ‘‘Helium Potato’’ Error screenshot

Please help me,im getting desperate…

GTA V version? 1.0.1180.2

Up to date? Yes.

Legit or Pirate copy? Legit Copy

Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam

Windows version? Windows 10

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes!

System specifications: I-3 4170K GTX 750Ti 8GB Ram

What did you do to get this issue? Driving in a car and crashed and ext (multiple times)

What server did you get this issue on? American Dream RolePlay

.dmp files/report IDs : Dont know what exactly is that

1. Have you tried any other servers?
2. Did other player on the server also report this crash (ask in chat if not sure).

Seems to me like this is an issue with the server… (i.e. modified mapmanager?)
