Also add what you already tried so far: RESTARTED COMPUTER, REINSTALLED GTA5 AND FIVEM, SAME ERROR, WONT LOAD

Looking up this error online it seems some windows dll might be corrupt, apparently a lot of people have fixed it by opening a command prompt as administrator and running this:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

After that finishes, type this:

sfc /scannow

Haven’t tested this myself as I obviously can’t just reproduce the bug in the first place but this was the most used (possible) solution I’ve seen online.

Can you play regular GTA V without any issues?

Yes, perfect, and online play too. I double click FiveM on Desktop and it errors
