[CRASH] - 0x0ab968f6 Pool Full, Size == 45

Hi! As you can see at the post, I have encoutered a problem, which is most likely similar to a crash, but I only get it when I am joined in the server, when I join, I can walk for almost 5 seconds, and afterwards I get a notification which says:

I do not understand what this means, but I just want to post this to a topic so that FiveM would be warned about it and would have more information about it and save it in their database for further notice…

there was really no information given other then its complaining about something not matching the correct pool size.

client side mods?
