Corrupt game data

Hi everyone! Whenever I try to launch FiveReborn I get an error saying corrupt game data. The debug log says "Could not load cef_extensions.pak
[0708/035834:ERROR:main_delegate.cc(764)] Could not load cef_extensions.pak
Is there a fix for this?

If you have any OpenIV mods installed or any other types of mods then it wont run. Please remove all your mods for a clean GTA 5.
