16 GB

2k Monitor

Stats:

FPS = 40

CPU Usage = max 70%

GPU Usage = max 60%

I have tired:

Formatting Windows

Changing steam accounts

Reinstalling Microsoft Packages for Steam

Varying Task manager Performance Priorties

RAM settings

Settings everything to low

Adjusting all graphics settings with Vsync on/off

Clearing FiveM Cache

Reinstalling / Reverifiying Files of GTA V

Changing the resolution from 1440 to 1080

What did you do to get this issue?

It worked like a charm once on changing characters between! I dont know why it doesnt work again.

Does this constant 40 frames act like vsync where it sits at 40 and goes down two frames then runs back up to 40 or does it occasionally get above 40?

constant 40 fps. back then when it worked i used to get steady 60! if vsync off i get a bit higher but also it doesnt reach 60 never

check another server its mostly a server issue using old bad resources

ok i am sorry i just tried out couple of other servers … it works like a charm! what log of the discussed server i should give info about? f8?
