Commands not working

So I’ve tried both on my computer and my VDS and same result. I’ve following the tutorial to get commands working and it looks like the /vehicle example command works, but nothing else does. I installed the admin script from the Real Life Roleplay github (https://github.com/cody196/FiveReborn---MultiFive-Real-Life-Roleplay-Server) and none of the commands work. When I type anything with a ‘/’ in it, it doesn’t display in chat so I know the commands are enabled, just don’t work.

I think I’ve figured out the issue, for some reason their wasn’t a ‘__resource.lua’ in the ‘initial’ resource, one I added it most commands began to work.

What is the initial resource?
