Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yep

Basically what happened is: I installed GTA V few days ago, played a bit online and figured i’ll try FiveM. I download it, do everything it wants me to do, but everytime i start it, i get an incomplete installation error on the Social Club thing. Now, i can play GTA V perfectly fine without any problem, but not FiveM.

Do what the error saids, reinstall social club.

Did that. Nothing changed, i’m afraid. :pensive:

Reinstall GTA V, Social Club AND FiveM in that case, maybe that’ll work. Something’s not completely/correctly installed otherwise you wouldn’t get this error.

Okay, i figured out what was wrong.
Firstly, i said GTA V was working correctly on its own, thus it can’t be a problem with either Social Club or GTA V as is.
What the apparent problem was, were non-english characters in my Windows profile name. I remembered a few games have these issues, so i tried it on my other profile i have created for such issues, and what do you know? It worked.
Thanks for your help anyway, it’s much appreciated.
